What in the world is wrong with me. I don't know if its the rain we are having here in land or this small cold I have. I have taken 30mg of pred.. Today; my flovent and advair. I have gone through a box of ipatropium/albuterl duo nebs . Just got the box on 9/22. And its gone. The nebulizer machine is the pits!! Guest guest Posted October 2, 2010 Report Share Posted October 2, 2010 Sorry. I hit the wrong button. You should definitely call your doc. We recently talked about the possibility of VCD in the mix. If you are having VCD problems (which feels very very similar to an asthma attack), the nebs will not help as the vocal cords wont respond. Make sure to do your easy breathing, don't talk, and stay calm. My local docs are amazed that I can tell the difference between VCD and asthma. I even had one tell me that you can't tell them apart.
