Hi -

Went to do some shopping last evening and

noticed there is a bath soap for " Night Time " .

I didn't pay a whole lot of attention except mentioning

to in wonder of what would happen if I

used that soap in the morning. How would my day

go after bathing with " night time " soap. I could and

would go back to the store to find out what brand

if you need me to. It may be worth checking out

and/or buying if the facility would use it for your

mom, even to wash her hands and face before

bedtime. Worth a try.

-- Sleep...

My mother told me this AM that she can't sleep anymore - not the way

she used to. And I can tell she's speaking the truth by the looks of

the bags under her eyes...

Any suggestions on helping my mom sleep at night - without introducing

her to a medication. I don't want to knock her out into a Lewy-coma

state -- just allow her a decent night's sleep...

She can't take naps -- she's tried and she can't sleep during the day.

Sharon mentioned the scent of lavendar - how should I do this? With a

sachet?

Thanks in advance for your help.
