If you post your question on the Iodine forum, you will get some good info. Some

people say they've reversed their Hashi's with iodine.

Then if you post it on the NTH forums, you will get some other good info. Some

people say iodine aggravated the autoimmune attacks.

Naturally, they come to opposite conclusions. So you get to make your own

choice.
