Guest guest Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 Hi everyone - I've been going gluten-free but seemed to have had a bad reaction to a gluten-free roll I ate last night. Possible culprit now I think is yeast (though I suppose it could be soy flour or potato starch). I'm wondering if anyone else has a yeast allergy, and is a reaction to baker's yeast often connected to or the same as brewer's yeast, as I've had long-standing problems with wine and beer, but not most distilled spirits. And what kind of doc do you need to go to get food allergies tested? Would a normal allergist do it or do I need an alternative practitioner? Thanks.
