Guest guest
I've heard that putting a halogen desk lamp on the desk, shining onto your keyboard can help too. Annette - NY
Guest guest
From what I know.....heat and dust are enemies to you electrical parts, which is why your CPU has a fan installed. I would suggest gloves with the fingertips cut out. Trisha "hot" keyboard question I have a question that sounds kind of silly, but it really worries me. My hands are always cold in the winter, and I have arthritis as well, and I discovered that if I put an electric heating pad under my keyboard it helps keep my hands warm while I'm working. Does anyone know if this will harm the (expensive) keyboard in any way? I tried keeping the heating pad in my lap, but it doesn't help enough.Thanks,Jackie------------------------------------------------------------------------NMTC Web Page - http://go.to/nmtc------------------------------------------------------------------------The only fruitcake at overstock.com is our manager. He's giving away a $20 coupon, plus our everyday Free Shipping.Take advantage of the savings and selection now.http://clickhere./click/2134-- 20 megs of disk space in your group's Document Vault-- /docvault/nmtc/?m=

That gets me to thinking, Handeze gloves do an amazing job of keeping your hands warm, in fact, I don't like to wear them in the summer because of that. - Judy ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Judy jphill@... http://judyphillips.homepage.com
Guest guest
I cannot not attest to this but I have read some responses to this just last year about putting the keyboards in the dishwasher for a good cleaning. the only thing is that you have to be sure it is completely dry before you do....sounds like you have a full load. maybe someone will respond to this. Guest guest
I keep my keyboard covered. I purchased a " fitted " keyboard cover from Office Max about 4 years ago, they'll special order it to fit perfectly over your particular keyboard. They're only about $15.00 and keep your keyboard in Brand New condition! > I read someone say re: this question that they heard you can " soak " a > keyboard when something spills in it?????
