(in his Impression) " Foci of hyperintense proton density and T2 signal in the white matter, one of which in the right frontal subcortical white matter enhances with gadolinium. Findings are nonspecific. Differential diagnosis includes findings related to demyelination secondary to multiple sclerosis with (*an active or inactive*) enhancing plaque as well as post-viral etiology.
