It worked very well until suspicions arose about it's safety. I now take Flixotide instead.Bruising is often due to large or regular medication via steroids. I'm presently covered in bruises due to playing with my two year old grandson, but if anyone asks about them I just blame the wife . . ! I'm not sure it did anything for me except that it made my voice hoarse almost every day. Now I'm on Pulmicort, which has only one active ingredient. It doesn't seem to make me as hoarse.
