What I did was after a shower (or you can soak your feet in warm (not reallll hot) water) use a pumis stone gently on the calluses. Then moisturize with vaseline and put socks and slippers on . Keep the socks on overnight. Don't expect them to disappear overnight - they didn't get there overnight!
