I would not be too concerned yet until you see the pain doc.

When I saw mine he was just up front that there was nothing he could do for

the headaches...

and we both agreed..I am already on Topamax, neurotonin and neptazane.

I would also be cautious though because I had a previous pain doc wanted to

cut the nerves

in my neck and leave me totally numb and another that wanted to do

injections in the spine...

I ran, ran, ran.

This does not mean though if one of the expert chiari docs ok a procedure

with a pain management

doc that its not ok...
