Anyone advised in this day and age (as once was) that they need to

have teeth pulled because their " arch is too narrow " should ask for a

consultation with a dentist who is a member of the American Academy of

Gnathologic

Orthopedics (aago.com). These dentists are dedicated to expanding the arches

instead of taking out bicuspids. My dentist husband is retired, but still

teaches

and is working on an updated edition of his textbook. ( " Arch Development and

Related Applications with the Crozat Appliance for Children and Adults " )

Judie, mom to Christi, 29 , and lots more
