<< ) The Cell Sentinel. This handy dandy little device would be used by 9-1-1

call takers to prevent further abuse calls from cellular phones. When a call

taker gets a call from a cellular phone and it's obvious that there's no one

on the other end or someone is playing on the phone, they would simply press

a button and the service to that cell phone would be automatically cut off.

When the customer tried to use it, they would receive a message that says,

" Your cell phone or someone using your cellular has made an illegal 9-1-1

call. Your service will be discontinued, until such time as you appear

before

a police officer with the phrase, " I will be a more responsible cellular

user. " written 100 times on piece of paper, spelling and legibility counts.

Thank you and have a good day. " >>

Is this a great idea or WHAT ?????? Don't you hate those calls that sound

like the phone is underwater? Males me want to scream !!
