Guest guest
I looked at it. I think you could get the same benefits from yoga, tai chi or pilates as they do most of the same things. The core balance is right out of the aqua tai chi class I took for a while. I do know that I feel tons better when I am exercising on a regular basis. Were these people who lowered their thyroid meds going off of blood tests or how they felt for dosage adjustments. in SD Happy holidays, everyone - I saw Shomon talking up T-Tapp on PBS last night. Apparently this exercise program is supposed to be a hormone regulator - one woman claimed she had to reduce her Synthroid twice while exercising with this program. Anyone try it? Almost sounds too good to be true, but wouldn't hurt to try... I notice they integrate some yoga-like poses - yoga has always been my main exercise. http://t-tapp.com/
Guest guest
Thanks for your thoughts, . The woman on the program said she was just going for routine checkups and was surprised to find out from her blood work that she needed to reduce her meds. > > > ** > > > > > > Happy holidays, everyone - > > > > I saw Shomon talking up T-Tapp on PBS last night. Guest guest
I didn't take your comment that way, . That's what I'm wondering too - if this does anything differently from yoga, for example. They claim it's unique and anyone can do it. Even if your health is impaired so that you have to stay seated you can do a version of it, they say. So that might be an advantage to some. Shomon said she was doing pilates but it didn't help her as much as this. The woman on the program didn't mention if she had lost weight with the program, but you're right, that could be one reason for needing to lower one's thyroid dosage. Dosage tends to go up with body weight. > > > > > > > ** > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Happy holidays, everyone - > > > > > > > > I saw Shomon talking up T-Tapp on PBS last night.
