I hope people didn't take my comment wrong now that I reread it. I think the program would work well, it just isn't anything totally unique. It would have been interesting to see if my blood work actually changed before and after starting exercise. Does losing weight frequently impact thyroid panels?

Thanks for your thoughts, . The woman on the program said she was just going for routine checkups and was surprised to find out from her blood work that she needed to reduce her meds.
