Constipation

Hi Everyone,

I introduced myself a while ago, but have not posted due to moving to a new home

and now getting kids prepared for school. But anyway, here is my first

question, and it's not a pretty one! I just found out today that the product I

have been using to relieve constipation is NOT gluten free:-( It was Shaklee's

Herb-A-Lax. I used to use aloe vera capsules up until last November when they

just stopped working. I also have a prolapsed colon which doesn't help matters.

Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated.
