Guest guest
My wife's co-worker gave her a bag of Kasha which she said is better for diabetics than rice. It's 100% buckwheat grains that you cook in butter and water (like rice). Anyone know anything about this food and its nutritional or non-nutritional value? What's the carbs like compared to white rice? Thanks in advance. Steve.
