THANK YOU FOR REPLYING BACK TO ME. WHEN I HAD MY TL THE DR. BURNT MY

TUBES. I WAS TOLD BY ONE DR THAT I NEEDED 10CM OF GOOD TUBE. AFTER

SPEAKING WITH DR. LEVIN HE SAID THAT IS NOT ALWAYS TRUE. I HOPE HE IS

RIGHT. I RECEIVED A COPY OF MY TL PROCEDURE AND FAXED IT OVER TO DR.

LEVIN BUT HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING MORE FROM HIM. I GUESS I HAVE TO

MAKE THE NEXT MOVE AND SET UP THE TELEPHONE CONSULT. THERE WERE SOME

DISCOURAGING COMMENTS ON THE TL REPORT. SO I'M WANDERING IF I SHOULD

HAVE A LAPRASCOPY DONE 1ST TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY BLOCKAGE BEFORE I

SCHEDULE THE TR. WE WILL ALSO WAIT UNTIL DH SPERM COUNT COMES BACK.

SON WE CAN'T AGREE. THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT HIS MIDDLE NAME HAS

GOT TO BE SCOTT. IS IT NUTS TO PICK OUT NAMES WHEN WE HAVEN'T EVEN

GOTTEN CLOSE TO THE PG PART?

Oh Hon....Congratulations!!!! I tested on a whim too since Rick and I

weren't really trying...lol Makes it all the more shocking when you

see those ++++!!!!! I thought I had freaked out and tested alot but I

think you hold the record with the ones you used!!!

I am so happy for you ...Congratulations again...here's to a

> I can't believe I am writing this, but I got a + hpt last night

(OK, more than one!!). I think I am still in shock. After trick or

treating, we went home and my husband went to get bread at the

store. I was in the bathroom and thinking how AF was 10 days late,

and I had figured it was just because I had been feeling so bad

lately. So, on a whim, I took out on of my hpt's and stuck it in the

cup of urine, and went about my business putting the kids to bed. 5

minutes later I went back by it, looking in like I normally do, and I

was dumbfounded - there were 2 lines, and the test line was really

DARK! So, I called my 15 year old DD to look, and I was in tears.

She kept saying " Is this good or bad?!?! " . Since I had bought a box

of 25 hpt's before my tr, I still had about 16 left. I threw another

3 of them in the urine, and sure enough, all positive! So, I took

out an OPK, since I know they will show positive if you're pregnant

as well - immediately a positive! I then called Dr. Levin since I

figured 5 positive tests must mean something and he called me back

within 3 minutes. I was concerned about all the meds I have been

taking with feeling so badly. He took me off of one, but said the

others were fine. He also had a good chuckle over how many tests I

had done, and asked me if I had gotten it on videotape! I did after

I got off the phone with him. Meanwhile, on the phone, my husband

walks in from the store, bread in hand, and can't figure out what's

going on till he sees the cup of urine with all these sticks in it

and realizes I am talking to Dr. Levin! I was finally able to tell

him after I got off of the phone, but I still was not convinced that

it was true, so I sent him to the store to get more pregnancy tests -

in all I took 10 and they were all very positive very quickly!

progesterone test and Dr. Levin said he will probably put me on the

progesterone suppositories tonight. The thing that shocks me is, we

really weren't trying very hard since I hadn't been feeling well, but

you may remember when I ovulated last - Oct. 11 - my birthday!!! So,

I guess I did get the ultimate birthday present!! I just pray things

are in the right place and stay there!!!

Thank you, Rhonda - I am feeling every bit of that hcg flowing around in my

system! Morning sickness hit me like a ton of bricks!! surely if I hadn't

tested the other night I would have been really suspicious by now, especially

since my last period was 9-23! It is funny, you would think I would have had a

clue when I decided to test for the heck of it, but I really didn't!

, Congratulations Hon!!! It is such an emotional thing to hear

that it is safe and sound!! I am so happy for you and your

family...Now you can relax a bit and enjoy the thought that you are

baby is in the uterus, and everything looks perfect. I measured at 5

1/2 weeks. I go again next Thursday for another ultrasound to see

the heartbeat. Thank you to all of you for all your warm wishes and

prayers, they really helped. First thing, during the ultrasound, the

tech says " There it is, right where it belongs " and my husband and I

both choked up! I will keep you all updated....

Thank you so much for answering. It is really hard and somedays I just don't

know if I can take another day. I am in a better frame of mind today and I

have been seeing a doctor for my depression. He and I both think it is

because of the losses during the IVF and not getting the TR soon.

I really appreciate you taking the time for me. Seeing the +'s isn't so bad

for me, I get really happy for you all, just hope someday I can have one too.

I am taking Prozac now and I hope seeing the doctor and taking the meds will

help me get back to a somewhat normal, what is normal lol, state of mind

soon.

BIG, BOUNCING BABY BOY!!!! WHOOOOOHOOOOOOO DOING HAPPY BABY DANCE

HERE.... I am 20wks and 4days... Logan is 22wks.4days...lol

He cooperated fully with his little legs opened wide for all of us to

see...lol The nurse said " Well there it is ...here's the 'turtle' "

I was like WHAT?!TURTLE???? She said IT'S A BOY!!! She showed me on

the screen and sure enough ladies it looks like a turtle...lol The

shell and a little head poking out of it LMBO

Rick and Cody yelled all right and did high fives...,

dsd4...started whining...and when she realized it really was a baby

started to cry...she's been an only child all this time...

My son, Cody had told Rick at the beginning of all of this... " it is

the man's job to determine the sex of the baby...you better do your

stuff and make us a boy " Since the day I found out I was pg...Cody has

been rubbing my belly and saying " be a boy " hadn't missed a day...He

told Rick you did your part and my boy vibes worked " LOL

Linsey, my oldest18 sneaked out during the rest of the appt. and when

we came down stairs ...she had bought a baby blue angel rattle and it

was wrapped and said To Logan From Sissy I cried ...aint that just

the sweetest?!!

When I scan this u/s I will post it too....

Rhonda, I go again on Tuesday the 20th. We are leaving first thing Wednesday

morning for Iowa for Thanksgiving, so that will be good timing. Today I go to

the cardiologist to check on this heart murmur they found. Yesterday I went to

my regular doc because of chest pain when taking a deep breath - he said my

heart and lungs are fine, that it is " chest wall pain " and gave me some pain

meds that he said were safe to take during pregnancy. All I know is, it really

hurts to breathe deep. Don't know what I could have done to cause this!

I am surprised I didn't hear you cheering from here in Texas when you had your

news! When I found out I was having a boy with my son, it did look just like a

turtle on the u/s too!!!

Well, I gotta run, payroll calls....take care and have a wonderful day!

Hi Rhonda - yes, it was the murmur that started this all. The doctors say that

the mass is causing the murmur. I am just so glad to be back home. It was so

hard having the kids come visit me and then have them leave. I go back to see

the cardiologist tomorrow, and then once a week after that till the baby is

born, to have u/s of the mass to make sure it doesn't grow or change. I will

keep everyone updated as to what is going on. This past couple of months has

been such a confusing time healthwise!!

had posted about some heart murmur..which caused her

difficulty with breathing...is this the reason she is in the hospital

or was it something they thought she had been diagnosed with

previously...? She definitely has my prayers and so does her

family...special thoughts and prayers for her little one too...

Glad to see this update!! Glad " The Bean " has such a great strong

heartrate!! I am glad that all the drs. are keeping an eye on you and

little one!!

I went for my u/s this morning and the baby measured 7 weeks 4 days,

right on track after our u/s 2 weeks ago when it measured 5 weeks 2

days. They are considering this a high risk pregnancy due to the

fact that while I was in the hospital last week, I had to have a CT

scan as well as some anesthesia, which causes a small risk for birth

defects. Today, though, they said so far everything looks perfect.

The doctor is supposed to call me later today with what they decide

to do - they talked about maybe sending me to a fetal-maternal

specialist, or they may do another u/s in a couple of weeks before

they do that. We did see the heartbeat today and it was beating

strong at 160 beats per minute, which they said was very good news.

I could really use some prayers that this baby will continue to grow

strong and be completely normal. I know the power of prayer is

awesome, and God will take care of this little one being OK.
