Guest guest
On an Endovaginal Obstetrical Pelvic Ultrasound, this same new doc dictates .... A single intrauterine gestational sac is identified containing a 1.5 cm CRL with no cardiac activity. A (s/l *featureless*) 6 cm right ovarian cyst. No yolk sac. In the IMPRESSION, he says ... 1. Nonviable intrauterine gestational (s/l *event*). 2. (*Featureless*) 6 cm right ovarian cyst. This is unchanged in size/appearance from XXXXX. I rarely do OB/GYN reports so I could use confirmation on these two ... He races through his dictation & it's taking me forever to transcribe his work this weekend. On a positive note, these are terms that, with a one-time confirmation, I can usually pick up on subsequent reports. It " usually " sticks!! Also, should I type out CRL (crown rump length) or is the abbreviation OK (he dictates CRL)? TIA,
