I submitted for the petition Jeannie but would be happy to provide more info. I am in the process of collecting some statements made online to show the adverse affects adults experience.

Here in Canada it is an OTC drug which is super alarming.

My biggest shock is that they would prescribe me something that could damage my remaining kidney which struggles. Even worse than that is when my stomach takes over twice the normal time to empty that they give me something that IMO has absorbed into my brain as I have the worst absent mindedness since taking the poison. I am so irked that doctors so happily prescrible it, I would love to know if we asked our doctors would they prescribe it to their loved ones.

Oh yes I have also lost 2 teeth since the Miralax.

If you would like me to write a formal statement I would be happy to do so. I so badly want people to think about what they are putting into their mouth.

When my kidney was removed they decided my breathing problem warrented a stay on the psych ward, so I thought I would go. Within 3 minutes of meeting the psychiatrist he had prescribed 2 powerful medications which I refused to take but I do believe the world is medication happy. ( I refused to take them because I was 9 days post op and felt sick without adding mystery meds)
