I cannot believe it was that hard for them to figure out how to send a

teletype!!!!!!!! Kinda like the chat rooms that are restricted to Law

Enforcement personnel, and one of the things they ask for is your ORI, you

figure anybody who has to ask what an ORI is, probably doesn't belong there!

I'm sorry but I'm still not buying that this is a legit request, they're not

sure how to send a message. !!!!! I told him, if they have NCIC access,

they should know... still waiting for the teletype and by crackers here it

is... looks like they figured it out!!
