Good morning -

...48-year-old gentleman, with a history of hypertension, coronary artery

disease, tuberculosis, gastroesophageal reflex disease, and COPD.

Under meds, the doc lists about 20, including s/l psyclo-benzapine 10 mg once

a day.

Not finding anything in my MPR or other drug references - ring a bell to

anyone??

Could you possibly be looking for cyclobenzaprine? Per Saunders

Pharmaceutical Word Book: a skeletal muscle relaxant. [ also:

cyclobenzaprine HCl ] 10 mg oral
