Straight from the Physician's Desk Reference: " The amount of glucose in

a full teaspoon of ambrotose is equivalent to 1/25th of a teaspoon of

table sugar "

In other words, it would take 25 tsp of ambrotose to equal the glycemic

load of 1 teaspoon of table sugar. 1 teaspoon of table sugar has a

glycemic load of 6, the same as a medium apple. So 25 teaspoons of

ambrotose equals the glycemic load of 1 medium apple.

Clinical evidence shows that it helps the body decrease an elevated

blood sugar and is very successful in candida overgrowth.
