Many of you recommend a gluten free diet and so I tried it. wow! I feel so much better. I can't believe such a simple change can make such a big difference.

I has been a challenge since I am a noodle lover, bread eater/maker. But I can have rice and potatoes so all is not lost. ;) I was shocked to see almost everything I was eating has wheat in it.

I am going to try making gluten free bread. Does anyone know where to find good recipes?
