Guest guest
My endo office has lab tests available online. I was looking over my labs the other day and noticed something I had not noticed before. My PTH (parathyroid hormone) was elevated at 144. This seems to be indicative of hyperparathyroidism. My total calcium was 8.9 in July, 9.1 in May. My endo never mentioned this at the last appt. I do not know what to make of it. Could this explain the bone pain I experience? The elevated c reactive protein levels? Are any of you guys dealing with this as well? Thanks in advance. in TN
