I hope someone may be able to help,

This woman hasn’t seen the doc in 5 yrs,

Illnesses: She has a tendonitis prblm in her legs & she has a known fibroid uterus.

Meds: Glucose mean conjointant,? (is conjointant a word? It comes up wrong on my Stedman’s sp check)

Anyone have any idea what she is talking about? maybe for tendonitis? Just ordered my drug books so I don’t know!
