We are a dispatch center that does 9-1-1, police, fire, and ems dispatching.

Currently we are all classed as PST's. There are no plans to change the job

title

classifications. As it stands all employees rotate through all positions in the

center, but many are complaining that they do not want to do all the jobs. Those

are the ones who were here prior to 9-1-1 and police, and they only want to do

what they were doing in the beginning. 9-1-1 and police bring a larger call

volume

and thus those positions are busier. My question is, on a scale of 1-10, how

would you separate employee (A) who does Fire/Ems only, employee (B) who does

Police

Only, and employee © who does all three. Lets say that a rating of 1 gets the

least $, while a rating of 10 gets the most $.
