Guest guest Posted September 17, 1999 Report Share Posted September 17, 1999 Hi, all ... trying to document this while waiting to hear back from the doc (a resident) ... he frequently refers to " Velcro suture " in his op report dictations. We have been assuming he intended " Vicryl, " but are trying to determine if there is, indeed, a Velcro suture or something similar, in addition to the Velcro closures found on many medical supplies/wraps, etc. Anyone have any documentation on this, or is he just stumbling, as we suspect?
