Infectious Disease Question

I am working with a new practice here, infectous disease is the specialty.

Eeek!! I am having a little difficulty with some words. Any help will be

appreciated as I learn this seemingly difficult practice

" We saw him and felt that the Pneumocystis s/l " crani-eye " pneumonia that

you have empirically diagnosed is correct and agree completely with the (??

not for sure if there is a specific way to type this drug as double

strength) Bactrim double strength two every eight hours for therapy. "

TIA for all replies. I pray this short tape doesn't take me the rest of the

night to type
