Houston Mayor Race Days Away and Your Vote is Critical

Good afternoon everyone,

I don't write often, and saved this because it is critical and we have but days to mobile grassroots to make a difference in Region 4, Houston at least. I think if Jack O'Conner moderate conservative can pull a last minute coup by exposing the corruption in the current Annise Administration--which directly affects YOUR CHILDREN with disabilities, it'll be a miracle and lives will be changed. More importantly, indictments may issue. I am not out for vengeance, justice for disabled children, that's it. I've included information which you should read about what they've done to Texans like you and I for 25 years, also my RICO lawsuit, which I was forced to withdraw by a very below the belt hit, losing my job--FR. You should also know that while I cannot divulge names, a very corrupt district is targeting a man whose integrity couldn't be higher to set him up and fire him 1 year before Teacher's Retirement as punishment for speaking out. The buck stops here.

In just a few short days, the Houston Mayor Election will transpire. For those of you who saw me speak at Guppy's April 2010 meeting and tell my story of horrific discrimination, retaliation and atom bombs thrown at my life by Feldman law firm and their clients, you will realize the significance of this. I am quite certain you have experienced the same, though to a lesser degree. I think testifying at the Senate and busting it open was the impetus for WWIII, but I survived! God had my back, but it hurt and there's no such thing as "FREE" speech!

Annise is probably a lovely woman, I don't know here. But I do know Feldman, because he threatened me with ethics problems and lawsuits for libel for speaking the truth. See the letters if you don't believe me. Tetley, a NASA highly educated Galveston Watchdog, was targeted in the same way by Feldman and lucky for her, Tony Buzbee, a millionaire may times over, came to her rescue--at which time tails were tucked and people ran--Feldman.

I wasn't so lucky to have free help and nearly killed myself last year, working full time, representing special needs kids without retainers, and fighting the entire law firm of Feldman (as evidenced by their bills) after discovering the fraud perpetrated upon my family, fudged FIE, clandestine talks about going to have a drinking party when they had finished doing me in. Well, praise God, I won almost every battle--the important ones, but they did get me fired from a job I love by bribing someone I used to know to harass my employer without ceasing. That's okay. I knew that in filing a racketeering suit vs. 23 people in CCISD and one of the partners on the Board, I would lose it anyway.

Though I never planned this, it simply happened. I testified in the June 16, 2010 Special Education Hearing 81st Legislature of the Senate in Texas. My son, my husband and I dropped a bomb! It's priceless and at 5:42 after which the brilliant son of Mara Laviola testified much the same, as did the brilliant Mara. Many of you know she's making a documentary and if you don't, write me.

For those unfamiliar with the Alief lawsuit filed by Feldman for what they say to the Court was $110,000 (probably to avoid cardiac arrest), but some believe close to $1/4 million in legal fees, the lawsuit was never legally authorized by vote in a public meeting under the Texas Open Meetings Act ("TOMA"). With Title I/ARRA federal funds at issue, it's almost certainly felonies. There is talk of kickbacks? I believe it. Read the Galveston Daily News about Nichols statements of all the outside favors they do for their clients---UH DUH! Feldman said he didn't know what he was talking about, predicable.

ISSUE: I filed a lawsuit in January and would have won it, seeking a declaratory judgment that the lawsuit was illegal and hoped to help the Chiboguowu family by getting a ruling and sending it to the 5th Circuit, to end their 3 year reign of terror by Nichols. I was forced to withdraw for reasons I cannot say, but the gist is is:

Annise 's right hand and one of her top officials is Feldman

Feldman has been violating children's civil rights and violating federal law for 20+ years for big bucks while you suffer

A complaint was filed with D.A., Pat Lykos and guess what? Nothing was done when a board issued a certified letter admitting to a crime. (Nichols drafted it, not too bright).

So it appears that now this law firm can do whatever it pleases with school districts because if the DA won't prosecute/indict, they are safe. It is said that Feldman and Lykos are friends.

Feldman started out at V & E, a good firm, but also the ones responsible for Arthur 's demise. But for those living in region 4, you know.

I'm attaching several links and documents to mobilize a last minute coup! Let's kick him out of there! If that happens, there's chance still for indictments to issue and correction be made in Texas Schools. If you live in Houston, please vote out. out = Feldman out = no more control = you have a better shot at getting near what is remotely considered a level playing field.

San , Texas – October 26, 2011 – Fire Safety and Awareness will be a large part of Any Baby Can’s 8th Annual Walk for Autism San taking place on April 14, 2012. Kid’s activity area will be dedicated in the memory of Rudy Alejos during the opening ceremonies of the Walk for Autism San .

Abby , mother of 6 year old with autism Rudy Alejos who perished in a fire this past August, has joined the Walk for Autism San committee to provide her personal experience for the added fire safety awareness that is needed for children with different abilities.

Abby is excited to launch registration on October 26, 2011 for the 8th Annual Walk for Autism San which will be held April 14, 2012 at the AT & T Center Sombrilla.

Deborah and the SAFD will be present at the Walk for Autism San to help provide fire safety information to all participants. On October 26, Deborah will give details on the SAFD participation.

The Walk for Autism San benefits the Reaching Families Facing Autism (RFFA), a program of Any Baby Can. RFFA, a parent training program, provides education, counseling, and other support services to families who have children with autism. Since 1982, Any Baby Can has provided comprehensive services to families who have a child with a chronic illness, disability or developmental delay – regardless of income.
