Has he been tested for Cushings or s? Cushings generally follows a pit

removal. s gives you dark patches on your skin, exhausation, hot feet,

and many other things. Both are from cortisol problems which are from problems

with your pit gland. Gwen

Now here we go!! I have Cushings...when they found out ..they treated me

to drop my cortisone level. It dropped...great...I still have facial

hair...I still get skin nercrosis...and the arthritis ran wild. So

now...they give cortizone injections to help with the pain. Where is the

sensibility in this? I really beleive the cortizon was PROTECTING me from

the arthritis!

Yu know I beleive it probably was, at least protecting you from the pain of the

arthritis. Cortizone injections give me nothing it is just like taking water

shots.

Have you seen an endo? They really at least in my opinon are the only ones who

know anything about Cushings and what to do with it. Even at that some of them

know nothing!

I had Cushings and there is a thing called cyclmatical (sp?) Cushings, did you

know that? Cushings usually goes into s. Make sure you are getting

tested and not just treated. Gwen
