It is difficult to make ourselves get up and go.....but it is so good for us. I am always better after I get dressed, put on my face and see people. I am breathing faster, too. I use up a tank of 02 in about 90 minutes that used to last 3-4 hours. Have a wonderful time and write to us as soon as you get home!!! We all need you.
