Guest guest
Hello,Janet Kern, an autism biomedical researcher in collaboration with ‘Stop Calling it Autism’ is conducting this very important study and recruiting children for it, if you can participate please contact her at: dr.kern@... Thanks,Nagla Autism/Immune System Medical Disease Registry: Study Participants Needed Stop Calling It Autism! (SCIA), a non-profit organization, is launching an autism medical disease registry for the purpose of better understanding the role of chronic infections, inflammatory disorders, immune system disorders and brain's immune system activation in children with autism, pervasive developmental disorder (PDD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Recent evidence suggests these as a part of the underlying disease process in autism. From: Dr. Janet Kern Sent: Monday, August 15, 2011 1:21 PMThis is the information for the Stop Calling It Autism Study. Currently the age range is 2-14 years of age, but we are going to get it expanded to at least 2 years of age and up because we have parents of older children that want to participate. As soon as we have IRB approval for that change I will let you know. Thank you so much for your help.
