Specialty Seat Belt to use in van....

Referrals are the best products.... Do any parents on this list have any experience with a 5-point harness product to use in a van with the existing seatbelt hardware? My son is sliding under the lap belt and getting out while I'm driving. Often getting the shoulder strap part of the seatbelt tangled around his neck in the process. Does anyone have personal referrals for products to buy to have installed in a van that work like a 5-point harness? Something that comes up between the legs and across the chest and both shoulders?My son is 6' and 150 pounds. So it needs to be adult sized.I would appreciate any help!Sincerely,
