Guest guest
Hi –Rather than start your own, you could partner with the existing Central City Food Co-opWhich works on exactly the same principal, but with all organic food. The price is a little higher but still cheaper than the store. They are always open to adding a new site to people really able to follow through. Talk to Carolyn Hamilton. . . http://www.centralcityco-op.com/produce.html S~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~As food is getting more and more pricey, if your child is on the GFCF dietor any other special diet, I'm sure you are noticing more than anyone else.We are hoping to be moving to the Houston area soon and I'm planning tostart a Bountiful Basket site in the Northwest side of Houston. It'sbasically a non-profit, food co-op. Every week that you want toparticipate, you sign up to get a basket and then pick it up from the siteSaturday morning. It's a great deal and a money saver, especially for thoseof us also paying for pricey therapy, etc.I'm working to start a site for Bountiful Baskets (a produce co-op) inNorthwest Houston, but need to find out if the interest is there. I need 40+emails in order to get the party started. If you are interested (nocommitment required), please send me an email letting me know. bethanycr@...Bountiful Basket website for more info: http://www.bountifulbaskets.org/<http://www.bountifulbaskets.org/>
