Can we do a little poll? I would like to see what flavors of protein shakes

most folks like. I am still pre-surgery but trying to get my ducks in a row.

My favorite by far is proscore chocolate. You can get samples from www

vitalady.com so you can try them before buying a big tub.

Good luck on your upcoming surgery!

That is why I was asking. So I can order some samples of the ones people

recommend..... before I order the big tub. Also, how long does the tub

last? I want to get enough for at least 2 months when I order.

Gosh I'm not sure. I have several different flavors that I have going at one

time. It seems like I go through the proscore maybe every couple of weeks.

Hope this helps.

...if I were you, I'd sample a bunch from Vitalady...that's how

I found the best ones. I tried many different chocolates as well as

other flavors, and much to my surprise, the best I've found is the

Wild Strawberry by Pro V 60...smells and tastes a little like

Strawberry Quik! Yum!
