Guest guest
As has written about doing a judge your neighbour worksheet, be petty! As she puts it: " this is the moment your ego has been waiting for " :-) We're all judging all the time - this is simply an opportunity to get real about it and investigate how correct our thinking is. And you have to get your hands dirty to uncover the treasure. , this idea that it is wrong to judge - that judging has a negative connotation - these would be great thoughts to do the work on. Love Re: Judging Your Neighbor/Self, Write it Down Hi all, I'm new to this group and, from my training, seeing the word " judging " so much requires me to get over a bad reaction to the word. To me, judging is the " J " word which means it's not allowed in my class (Internal Energy Plus class). The reason I don't allow that word in is because it has tainted with a negative connotation. Instead of judging, I stress entering into a centered state where you feel the emotion you are feeling but it is not ruling you. It doesn't take away your clarity and focus so you can find the next step to take. Objectivity is what I would strive for, to make a rational, conscious, aware decision about something because deciding is a much more positive word than judging. But, if you would, what is the implied meaning of the word " judging " here? Guest guest
Good for you ! Yes, has obviously judged the word judging to be " negative " . Judging seems to be what the mind does. As said, in his class, he " stresses " entering into a centered state....well, we all would if we could. For many, denying our " real " thoughts and the feelings that they create only adds to the level of stress. It appears to me that if we actually had control over what we think, then we would not have need to know the Truth or to do The Work or to take 's class. I am sure that 's methodology works for him and his students and that is great; but The Work is simply a different path.
