Guest guest
Hi Tammy - I sure am glad to see you back and doing OK. I've been thinking about you! Just stay in touch and let us know if there's ever anything we can do to help you keep from letting it get that bad again, ok? We're always here to listen, at least. And don't try to tackle all that housework at once! It's waited for you this long...it will wait a day or two longer. <g> I don't want you to throw yourself into a pain flare trying to get everything done right away. Anyway - welcome home! You were missed! Cheryl in AZ
Guest guest
Hi Cheryl....Thanks for thinking about me. I am doing ok. I have some depression still but not to bad. I just try to keep my mind occupied doing something like plastic canvas and other stuff. I did some housework and will probably do somemore tomorrow(saturday). I am very thankful for this group. I've gotten a lot out of it over the years. Have a great weekend. Tammy H Cheryl wrote: Hi Tammy - I sure am glad to see you back and doing OK. I've been thinking about you! I have severe tendenitis in my right hand and boy that hurts but I know a broken hand hurts like hell. Hope you have a great day. Tammy H Hey Tammy What were you in for? Guest guest
ha ha...breaking my right hand was an act of stupitity. I imagined that I could do dog agility with my border collie while we were at dog camp at Lake Tahoe. Within 5 minutes I was flat on the ground of course! It didn't hurt until the next day, then was xrayed and turned out to be a broken wrist bong. I already had tendenitis to begin with. I am trying to keep myself out of the psych ward, although it's touch and go right now. I'd much rather live at home under covers not eating than put myself back into the psych ward again - been there 6 times in the past 2 years now. I just wish my brain would settle down and accept everything that's happened to me rather than replaying old stuff. The trip I took intended to help with this, but ended up hurting me (physically) more. Brains are funny things...wish I could transplant mine!
