WE NEED YOUR CHILD'S PICTURE!!!!

Hello everyone!

Kristy and I would like get your kid's pictures for Recipes for Research. We

want pictures of your child doing things to help their Fine Motor Skills or

Speech Skills. Examples would be blowing bubbles, blowing on a whistle, sitting

in a bumbo seat, lying on a boppy pillow, and doing tummy time on their tummies.

We don't care if your child is 6 now and was 2 in the photo, WE WANT THAT PHOTO!

PLEASE!! For you new moms that just joined our group if you have a pic. e- mail

it to me. (sending your pictures for this part of the book is no cost to you)

First off, I would like to explain that this book is not only for recipes.

(that is just the fun part!) IMDSA is putting together frequently asked

questions and answers, pictures of kids doing st/ot, and explaining what their

doing and how it helps with their developmental growth. It will also include a

milestone chart and explainations on what MDS is, what to expect, how it affects

someone, the most frequent health issues, and educational issues.(to name a few)

We also have many personal pages with photos of families or the child with MDS

and how IMDSA has helped them, or how raising a child with MDS has affected

their lives.

Thoughout this book we will touch on every aspect of mosaic Down syndrome.

Everyone has told IMDSA over the years that they wished they had a book that

explained MDS. This is the book! It will answer all of your questions concerning

MDS!

Kristy and I are going to give you til Sunday to get All of your photo's to

us. The recipes deadline and Personal Page deadline is still this Friday. You

can e-mail me or Kristy your pictures.

Once again Kristy and I would like thank all of you who have sent in your

personal pages, and for sharing your recipes for the cookbook
