Guest guest Posted August 12, 2011 Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 Subject: DADS Provider Alerts and Bulletins Update Website Update Notice DADS has issued the following Provider Alerts or Bulletins: Survey for Personal Assistant Services Users/ emergency experiences This is a reminder that the Center on Disability at the Public Health Institute, along with the Center for Personal Assistance Services at the University of California, San Francisco, is conducting a study to determine promising practices in preparing for emergencies among people with disabilities who use personal assistance services (PAS). If you use PAS and have been through an emergency or disaster during which you had to either shelter in place or evacuate, we would like to hear about your experiences. Please go to www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZTXYZ69 to describe your experiences. The survey should take 10-15 minutes. It closes on Sept. 1. Five participants will be awarded $50 gift cards.
