Mine is about wore out which is why I'm curious. Are you in the US? Was the

company you ordered from also in the US? I've found good prices on them through

canadian websites but I can't seem to find anything about if Custom's will

confiscate it or not.

My doctor had me get an extender to use with it (requires prescription). It has

a mouthpiece and an opening at the opposite end into which you insert the

mouthpiece of the albuterol inhaler. The coughing had been triggered by the

medication hitting the back of my throat in a sudden burst, and the extender

completely eliminated the problem.
