I kept a fitness calendar last summer and started on Mother's Day and numbered my taebo days and jotted down the number of miles I powerwalked. By sometime in September, I did 100 taebo workouts and logged about 150 miles....was fun to keep track. Caroline
Guest guest
hi caroline! im glad to hear that you got back into it. right now, for me, a day off here and there is usually helpful... i took today off as a matter of fact. i dunno... sometimes a break helps me to get back energy and come out swinging, yet other times a break makes me feel sluggish and i feel like i have to start all over. what is the taebo 100? 100 days straight? eek! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in Gadshill ONT RE: > Maybe a little vacation from it every once > and a while > is a good idea! > Caroline, who's thinking about doing the Taebo 100 again this > summer...any > takers? Guest guest
oh wheew!!! LOL i was almost falling off of my chair at the thought of 100 taebo workouts in a row! ROFL! i do keep try to keep track of my workouts each day and i know that ive definately done over 100 workouts since the beginning of the year it is fun to keep track and helps to motivate me... when i dont feel like exercising, i look at my log and see what i have accomplished and what i have planned for myself and it helps me to get going. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > Oh Gosh No!
