Oh Gosh No! I kept a fitness calendar last summer and started on Mother's

Day and numbered my taebo days and jotted down the number of miles I

powerwalked. By sometime in September, I did 100 taebo workouts and logged

about 150 miles....was fun to keep track.

hi caroline!

im glad to hear that you got back into it. right now, for me, a day off

here and there is usually helpful... i took today off as a matter of fact.

i dunno... sometimes a break helps me to get back energy and come out

swinging, yet other times a break makes me feel sluggish and i feel like i

have to start all over. what is the taebo 100? 100 days straight? eek!

oh wheew!!! LOL

i was almost falling off of my chair at the thought of 100 taebo workouts in

a row! ROFL!

i do keep try to keep track of my workouts each day and i know that ive

definately done over 100 workouts since the beginning of the year :) it is

fun to keep track and helps to motivate me... when i dont feel like

exercising, i look at my log and see what i have accomplished and what i

have planned for myself and it helps me to get going.

Perhaps it wasn't an accident at all :o)!!!! I

usually always refer to Carolyn as Cola and don't know

why I put Caroline down. Perhaps still from our chat
