Help, I am losing the battle

I am having a terrible time staying with my eating. The sweet tooth has

become a monster. I am considering getting some counseling because I know

that I am defeating my progress with this addition. Could you help with

recipes that are OK for us? I remember a peanut butter cookie made with

splenda or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Ginger, feel free to e-mail me at any time, I have such a problem with sugar.

Sometimes having someone to talk to helps so much. I'm after my surgeon to

start a support group, if I had the time, I would do it myself.
