My sister in law, , had her 40th birthday party at Castle on the Hudson in NY. She invited friends and family...my husband and I got a room to spend last night so we wouldn't have to drive home after the party. Plus, my oxygen wouldn't last for the ride up and back, plus the time at the party. So a liquid oxygen tank was delivered. We got there around 3PM after about a 2 1/2 hour drive....the weather yesterday was gorgeous!!! The party was a lot of fun....the party ended at midnight....I was exhausted, but all we had to do was walk down the hall and our room was there. The castle was built in 1897 and was an amazing place. Lots of dark wood....giant statues of lions....large tapestrys....the castle had it's own chapel....that's where the party was. When we got up this morning, it was dreary, cold and raining. We packed up and headed back for home.

The dogs were so happy to see us and it's good to be home. I haven't done much today...too tired. But, it is a happy tired!!
