Guest guest
Dear FDA, My daughter was prescribed this medication and I believe she had an adverse reaction to polyethylene glycol 3350. I am requesting that this medication be investigated. I am concerned that the guidelines / protocol the Physican's are using are incorrect. They prescribe this medication long term against the manufacturer's advice. I feel that these symptoms are under reported as the side effects aren't listed, therefore, Physician's are not reporting, hence many children could possibly be further damaged. I feel that these some of these side effects could be permanent, as it's been 10 years, and she only took this medication for 11 days, and still exhibits these behaviors.
