Jim,

Can azomite be placed in a capsule? I have a 12 year old who really needs to detox but asking him to drink anything mixed in water is a nonstarter. He has been unwilling to take even caplets of chorella because they are green. He will swallow capsules and so I am looking for various things to try. I am currently using a zeolite product called Zeoforce.

Thanks,

Lucina

Hi Barbara,

A herx reaction comes from killing pathogens that become toxic in us...

You continue to feel this herx until you clear the toxins out of your body...

Azomite is a toxin binder and I guess it could cause constipation... One way you can take more

is to take oral magnesium like magnesium citrate about 1 hour after taking the Azomite.. You

can start with 1/2 tsp and increase as needed... Mag citrate is not well accepted by the body,

thus is goes right to the colon and acts just like Milk of Magnesia!! Keep in mind, you are also

getting a good supply of trace minerals from Azomite!! Weston Price Foundation calls it

one of their SUPERFOODS! So it is good stuff...

When you take your Azomite, put it in 4 oz of filtered or distilled water and slug it down. Follow

with 8 oz more of water. Also, drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily

is very healthy and it also helps to clear out toxins. Tap water is not good, too many

pollutants in it, just what we are trying to rid our body of!! So drink good water even

if you have to buy filtered or better distilled water or spring water.
