Guest guest
> my food cravings are going > haywire. Man Montserrat ;( How awful to be going through this with your Dad....do you have siblings ?? Try to talk about it -- to whoever -- couldn't even imagine ;( Peace AmyBeth-who reminds you that your food cravings are stress related and if you don't want to continue the Challenge......that is wise.....to know that....do what you CAN do and revel in that

It doesn't matter if it has anything to do with Tae-Bo. You're family and if you're hurting, we hurt. So of course it's OK to post. Please take time out for you and yourself. We'll still be here for you as well as all the tapes you have. We shouldn't have to go through anything alone. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your father as well as personally. I will keep y'all in my prayers. Hey, did you try to call me? I had on my CID " Canada Call " and it doesn't match any of the numbers I have for my Canadian friends and of course they didn't leave a message. I forgot to save the number. I was wondering if it was a work number or something. 419 area code. Sandie, Tae and Bo ( ===== " The task ahead of us is never as great as the power behind us. Guest guest
Montserrat: You know what? If you can't continue with the 100 challenge, you can't! So what?!? But PLEASE don't leave the list. I know what you're speaking about. When I was growing up, my mother was in and out of mental hospitals (she still is, as a matter of fact, and I'm 40). When I was about 12 years old, I was eating peanut butter and I forgot to put it up. My mother saw me and hit me with a hanger across my shoulders and back. I told my father and it seemed like the next day, he had her committed to the hospital. I had always believed that it was MY fault that my mother is mentally ill because of that incident. I never told anyone growing up... I never brought friends to the house because I was ashamed. I know what you're going through. I know how stressed you are. Please take care of yourself. Work out if you want, or don't work out if you want. Please stay on the list, but take a break if you must. Please feel free to e-mail me at hackja@.... I hope you stay in touch and at least read the list, because you have been kind enough to a newbie like myself to provide such wonderful encouragement. But I'm being selfish because I like you! Please take care of you, okay?!? <but I hope you stay!> Janet > I want to be very honest with you guys, I do not know if I can continue with > my 100 challenge. Guest guest
Oh no, I hope things work out for you, especially with your father. Take things a day at a time, and good way to help you through such a stressful time is to do yoga. It will totally relax you. Other remedies are a hot bath with lavender oil and bubbles along with a glass of wine, always makes me feel better!!! lol If you are having problems sleeping because of headaches, put some lavender on your pillow at night, works wonders. Take care and hope it works out for you. Michxxx

Guest guest
Monse, I'm very sorry to hear about your father. I realize that his condition is very stressful to you. Please try to take care of yourself during this difficult time. Exercise when you can. It will help reduce your stress level. Make sure you eat enough protein as that will help you with your carb cravings by keeping your blood sugar more level. Feel free to e-mail me personally if you need to " talk " .
