larger to carry the extra weight. Now would be an excellent time to take

advantage of the strong frame to put on muscle and rev up my metabolism in the

process. Rob is all for it!

Susie,

Go for it....will Rob be able to keep up?

Oops...just dropped a barbell on my toe <g>....

I've been hoping that weight training will have an <anti-gravity> effect, if you

<<Hahahaha. We're going to put a little addition onto this place soon. I

think we'll make one end of it our exercise room, and we can work out

together while watching TV, listening to music, reading magazines, etc.

We'll be each other's exercise buddies.

I think that's what happened to me, Sam. Twenty years ago, I was working out

two hours a day, but low-fatting. We diabetics don't process our food well.

I think I was so low in protein that it was very difficult to build up

muscle. It took me ages to finally be able to pop up into a sitting position

doing crunches. Now I can do them without " rehearsing " for weeks. The added

strength sure came in handy when Rob and I were lugging the heavy stuff from

one house to the other.

My sister sent a birthday card that read:

Remember: You're in good shape as long as you can still touch your toes!

[inside] Using your boobs doesn't count.
