Guest guest
Hi everyone, I guess it's about time I introduced myself. I live in land, and have been disabled with degenerative disc disease in my spine and knees. I also have a service dog, Beaker, who helps with my mobility. I've been on several different meds for my pain, but currently take Tramadol. My husband and son are very supportive and understanding, but my mother thinks " it's only arthritis " . Sorry for any typos, but I left my glasses downstairs, lol. Barb
Guest guest
Hi Barb, Very nice to meet you and you came to the right place for all the support you need. Sounds to me like you might need a little stronger drug for pain than Tramadol. I take it also, and to me it is like glorified asprin. How do you do it. My brother has the same disease, and takes something much stronger for the pain. But, far be it from me if it works for you. I am glad. And welcome. donna

You've definitely come to the right spot. The people in this group are amazingly friendly and always very very supportive!! Which part of land do you live in? I grew up in Central/Northern Virginia and my parents commute to DC. I lived in a place called Spotsylvania (Near Fredericksburg) Anyway, was just wondering if you were in Southern land anywhere near the DC area! Welcome, again! nne
