Guest guest
I am only a year into this phenomenal journey but I am struggling with trying to find a middle ground when it comes to my adolescent children and expectations. " A 14 year old 'should' set the table on a regular basis ... or do chores to build up character. " Shouldn't I insist that they do their chores or is that fighting with reality? Sometimes this feels a lot like a 'whatever' philosophy...letting go feels like being a doormat sometimes. Any suggestions would be most welcome to this new member of the community. Thanks.
