Guest guest
> This has been talked about for the past three years, but current updates the (possible? likely?) elimination of Aspergers Syndrome from the DSM-V are few and far between. Some " official " sites I researched point to the elimination of Aspergers Syndrome in the DSM-V, along with " childhood disintegrative disorders " and others to be replaced with refined categories of autism spectrum disorders. Here is the info on the official DSM-5 website: http://www.dsm5.org/ProposedRevision/Pages/proposedrevision.aspx?rid=94# The current plan is to replace " Asperger's Disorder " with (more or less) Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 3. -- Regards, Mark A. , Ph.D. * http://www.markfoster.net http://five.bahaifaith.info + http://kingdoms.bahaifaith.info
