She let me have a brand new in the box car seat, baby bouncer, baby swing, and crib & mattress. for $20 Now all I need is the baby!!!! Guest guest
, I have asked the same question to my husband before - his answer is all the women who were successful and had a baby now have no time to post. I think others are afraid to jinx things. Take care - Hart DH - Jon DS - DD's - Arianne & a TR - 6/4/01 - Dr. Levin 8 cm right - 9 cm left Dance like no one is watching; Sing like you know the words; Love like you've never been hurt. Baby Stuff Again, this " baby shower " idea sounds really neat. If someone gets it worked out, send me a list of the moms-to-be and a way to get a package sent to them. Maybe, we could make this an ongoing thing. My e-mail is thinkgod2001@... I wish there were more PG women on here that would post. It sure is encouraging to hear stories of success. Where are all the PG women? Do they lose interest in the group once they are PG? If so, I wish they would come back. It really helps to know that PG is happening after TR. Guest guest
Good point Sherri and I also think that the needs of pg women change before all they can think of is ttc and now their ideas change to the pg. I wish there was some way to strike the balance however I now can see some of the dilema it could cause. Which is why people have so many differen support groups. Guest guest
, I'm not pregnant, but I'm playing with my reversal baby now. He's trying hard to get at my keyboard. Pregnancy is often a sensitive issue on a reversal or even an infertility list. While most welcome the news of a pregnancy, alot of times problems arise when pregnant moms start posting about their pregnancy joys and woes. TO be brutally honest, most pregnant women don't feel welcome on some lists/message boards once the pregnancy news has been announced. I, myself, have left several lists and boards when someone who is ttc and has been for a long time posts that she's tired of hearing about morning sickness, or backaches, etc... This does seem to be different, and I pray that those who are sensitive can hit the delete button and those who are pregnant can put pg related in the subject line. Sherri Baby Stuff Again, this " baby shower " idea sounds really neat. If someone gets it worked out, send me a list of the moms-to-be and a way to get a package sent to them. Guest guest
You have a good point Sherri. I've seen it a lot on other websites but not here. Personally I think it's great that you have your TR baby (). That's a blessing that you worked very hard at to get into this world and no one has the right to try and take that joy away. Since you are one of the few who has stuck it out with us ( even after PG) your baby deserves a gift too :-) So send us that address! I'll send little a UT outfit! It really does help when women who conceive stick around. How old is ? Eveyone deals with it differently but every baby I see captures my full attention, the more I'm around them better helps keep my hopes alive. Guest guest
Awww, Donna, you are sweet!!! Yes, this list is DEFINATELY different. There seems to be more actual SUPPORT here than on many lists. I'd love a UT outfit for . He's 10 months old now, trying hard to walk. He's standing up from a sitting position now, so taking his first step is only days away. He's learned how to point, so he points at everything now, and of course is into everything, yelling DA DA DA DA as he does it. LOL He's growing into size 12 months now, and it's so hard to believe that his birthday is only a month and a half away!! It seems like yesterday I was yelling, " give me drugs, give me ANYTHING!! " LOL Sherri Garrett 4914 Bradshaw Rd Knoxville, TN 37912 Baby Stuff > > > Again, this " baby shower " idea sounds really neat. > If someone gets > it worked out, send me a list of the moms-to-be and > a way to get a > package sent to them.
